Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Forwarder Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will manage end-to-end international and domestic shipments, handle documentation, coordinate with carriers, and ensure compliance and cost-efficient operations.

You will liaise with carriers, clients, and customs brokers, track shipments with real-time updates, resolve issues, and optimize routes and rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Freight Forwarder or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in freight forwarding software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills suitable for a remote role.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
