Job summary

Sigma Connected Group is seeking exceptional individuals to join our Fraud & Investigations and verification teams in Cape Town. You will handle outbound calls, verify details, and engage with stakeholders in a courteous manner while working toward key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience within fraud and investigations.
• Experience within a verifications department.
• Familiar with working in a financial services environment exposed to platforms, information tools, payments, etc.
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls and verify details per campaign guidelines.
• Interact with stakeholders in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and targets.
• Report to a Team Manager who supports your development.
