Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment in Franschhoek, Western Cape, is seeking a Revenue and Reservations Supervisor to oversee reservations operations, optimise occupancy and revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction from booking to arrival.

You will lead the reservations team, monitor occupancy and rates, implement pricing strategies, and collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Finance and Management to ensure seamless service and a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or hotel operations essential.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of reservations systems and revenue principles.
• Excellent communication and numerical/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day reservations operations and bookings.
• Supervise reservations team with guidance and development.
• Monitor occupancy, rates, and booking patterns to maximise revenue.
• Assist with implementing revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Maintain reservations records and ensure accuracy of bookings.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Finance and Management for seamless service.
• Analyse reports to identify opportunities to improve performance.
