Job summary

Staff Solutions seeks a Franchise Operations Manager in Gauteng to lead franchisee relationships, compliance, audits and training across the network. You will support new store openings, sales growth and brand standards while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Applicants should have extensive multi-site experience, strong stakeholder skills and the ability to travel between locations to coach stores and ensure consistent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5 years in retail, franchise, sales, operations or business development.
• Experience with franchisees or within a franchise environment is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and act as primary operational contact.
• Conduct regular franchisee visits and ensure SOP compliance and operational standards.
• Conduct store audits, identify non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement franchisee and staff training plans; onboarding for new franchisees.
• Support new store openings, pre-opening readiness, and post-opening reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities, manage pipeline and assist with territory development.
• Monitor performance, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
