Candidates should bring 5–8 years in senior sales or operations leadership with franchising experience and a relevant tertiary qualification.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' senior sales and/or operations leadership experience.
• Strong franchising, licensing, multi-site or multi-partner experience.
• Proven track record of delivering significant sales/revenue targets.
• Experience leading sales teams; operations experience advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own the franchising portfolio and R12m annual revenue target.
• Lead Franchise Sales, Franchise Operations and Marketing.
• Own the full sales pipeline from lead generation to signed agreements.
• Drive new franchise/partner acquisition and territory growth.
• Personally engage with and close key opportunities.
• Oversee partner onboarding, launches and ongoing performance.
• Drive Business-in-a-Box sales and the LSEN initiative.
• Set and manage commercial, sales and operational KPIs.
• Build a high-performance, accountable team.
