MyCareerCraft, a well-established national franchise network, seeks a hands-on franchise professional to support its franchisees, protect operating standards and help grow the network.

This field-based role reports to the General Manager and requires travel, store audits, openings, training, and business development to expand territories and strengthen brand experience.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail, franchise, sales or operations, ideally at area or multi-site level.
• Experience working with franchisees or within a franchise environment (highly advantageous)
• Proven experience in store openings, operational implementation, training and store audits
• Business development experience, including identifying and qualifying new opportunities
• A diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing or Operations (preferred)
• Strong Excel, MS Office and reporting skills
• Ability to influence and coach franchisees and store teams without direct line authority
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively

Responsabilidades

• Support franchisees through regular store visits and practical operational guidance
• Conduct store audits, agree corrective actions and follow up until they are closed
• Train franchisees and store staff on systems, SOPs, sales and customer service
• Manage new store openings from planning and setup to 90-day post-opening reviews
• Build a pipeline of prospective franchisees and new territories
• Grow franchisee purchasing and product range penetration
• Uphold brand and customer experience standards
• Report monthly to the General Manager on network performance
