Job summary

West Coast Personnel is seeking a seasoned franchise operations professional for roles across the Inland region. You will build strong franchisee relationships, conduct regular store visits, and drive improvements in sales, product uptake and store performance.

A diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing or Operations Management is preferred, along with at least 5 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, franchise operations, sales, or business development.
• Experience with store openings and operational implementation.
• Franchise experience is advantageous; multi-site retail preferred.
• Diploma/qualification in related field preferred.
• Strong MS Office, Excel and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in retail, franchise operations, sales, operations management or business development . Proven sales and business development experience. Experience in store openings, operational implementation, training, coaching and audits. Franchise experience is highly advantageous; multi-site retail experience is preferred. Automotive, battery, FMCG or related retail experience is advantageous. A diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management or a related field is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office, Excel and reporting skills . Ability to analyze business performance and apply sound commercial principles. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills. Ability to influence business owners and store teams, address non-compliance and manage competing priorities. Willingness to travel extensively across the Inland region .
