West Coast Personnel in Gauteng seeks a seasoned professional to oversee franchise operations, strengthen relationships with franchisees, drive sales, and improve store performance across the Inland region.

You will conduct store audits, train and coach teams, oversee openings and post-launch support, report on performance, and identify growth opportunities, traveling as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in retail/franchise operations or business development.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field preferred.
• Strong MS Office, Excel and reporting skills; ability to analyze performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong franchisee relationships and conduct regular store visits. Improve sales, product uptake and operational performance. Conduct store audits, monitor compliance and follow up on corrective actions. Train and coach franchisees and store teams on products, systems and customer service. Coordinate new store setup, launch readiness and post-opening support. Identify and develop new franchisees, locations and growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records, report on performance and recommend process improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in retail, franchise operations, sales, operations management or business development . Proven sales and business development experience. Experience in store openings, operational implementation, training, coaching and audits. Franchise experience is highly advantageous; multi-site retail experience is preferred. Automotive, battery, FMCG or related retail experience is advantageous. A diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management or a related field is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office, Excel and reporting skills . Ability to analyze business performance and apply sound commercial principles. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills. Ability to influence business owners and store teams, address non-compliance and manage competing priorities. Willingness to travel extensively across the Inland region .
