In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for all guests. You will be responsible for staff supervision, inventory management, quality control, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service, playing a key role in guest satisfaction and operational success within a bustling hospitality environment in Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained across all outlets.
