Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at a busy hotel in Vereeniging. You will lead a dedicated team across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets, ensuring exceptional service and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in F&B management, strong budgeting acumen, menu engineering, and experience with inventory and POS systems.

Qualifications
