Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food/bev manufacturing.
• Understanding of food processing, packaging tech, and quality control.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet output and quality targets.
• Ensure all production activities comply with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and company policies.
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
• Maintain accurate production records, including shift performance, material usage, and quality control data.
• Oversee the setup and operation of production machinery, ensuring proper functioning and timely maintenance reporting.
• Implement and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards on the production floor.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure product integrity and equipment reliability.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods as required for the production line.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the production team.
