Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our FMCG client in Mahikeng, North West. You will oversee the daily operations, coach frontline staff, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage shift schedules, monitor line performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in FMCG settings.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and food safety.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production line operators and teams.
• Ensure targets for volume, quality and timeliness are met.
