Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in senior Food & Beverage management roles.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, wine, and spirits.
• Proven experience in managing P&Ls, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
