About the Role

Our client, a prestigious resort situated in Rustenburg, North West , is seeking an innovative and results-driven Food and Beverage Director . This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining restaurants, casual eateries, bars, and banqueting services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance culinary offerings, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize profitability, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction in Rustenburg, North West . Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service and product quality.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and guest preferences.

• Oversee inventory management, cost control, and procurement processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 4 years in a Director-level role.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing multi-outlet F&B operations, including fine dining, casual dining, and banqueting.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a strong ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required in Rustenburg, North West .
