Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our client's market presence in Gauteng. You will build relationships with retailers, drive product visibility, and achieve ambitious targets across the territory.

The ideal candidate has FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a willingness to travel. A base salary with uncapped commission, a company vehicle or travel allowance, and solid employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience in FMCG sector.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Gauteng retail landscape.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and key accounts.
• Promote FMCG products to optimize in-store visibility and placement.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations with decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
