Placements24 is seeking an FMCG Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Centurion, Gauteng region. You will lead a dedicated sales team, drive regional performance and execute growth strategies to expand market presence.

The role requires extensive FMCG sales management experience, strong leadership and strategic planning, with travel within the region and a focus on building distributor and retailer relationships, product placement and visibility.

Formación

• MBA preferred; 7+ years FMCG sales, with 3+ in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of SA FMCG market, especially Gauteng.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel within region and nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers and other stakeholders in the region.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new segments and channels.
• Oversee the execution of promotions, marketing initiatives and product launches within the region.
• Manage regional sales budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide regular performance feedback, coaching and training to the sales team.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and visibility.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
