Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive FMCG sales in Benoni and surrounding areas. You will engage retailers, promote products, and help expand distribution while maintaining brand visibility.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to hit targets. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for travel across Gauteng.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, FMCG preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must reside in or relocate to Benoni, Gauteng.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers and wholesalers in Benoni.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster loyalty.
• Ensure product placement, merchandising and stock availability at retail points of sale.
• Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities and market trends.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage territory expenses and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image in Gauteng.
