Placements24 is looking for a Field Sales Executive to boost distribution and sales in Benoni. You will visit retailers, showcase products, and ensure in-store visibility and promotions.

The role requires proven FMCG field sales experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will work independently while being supported by a team, with a competitive base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in FMCG.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in Benoni territory.
• Identify and engage new clients to grow the customer base.
• Maintain relationships with retailers and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct store visits to monitor stock, merchandising, and promotions.
• Present product features to drive purchase decisions.
• Provide timely sales activity reports and market feedback.
