Placements24 seeks a Sales Representative for Nelspruit, Mpumalanga to drive FMCG product sales, build retailer relationships and grow market share in the territory.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years FMCG sales experience, a proven quota track record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel.

Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, plus incentives and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A keen interest in the FMCG sector and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of FMCG products to retailers and distributors within the assigned territory of Nelspruit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base and market share.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
