Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in financial management or related discipline.
• Over 12 years of financial experience, with more than 5 years in FMCG FP&A.
• Extensive knowledge of FMCG process development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead synthesis and consolidation of 3-Year Strategic Plan (PSP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly rolling forecasts, and weekly flash reports.
• Manage FP&A relations and serve as the primary point of contact for FP&A matters.
• Develop and enhance FP&A processes and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all forecast deliverables.
• Oversee cost management, governance, and optimization for expenditure.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
