Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality in KwaZulu-Natal, Underberg, seeks a junior management retail role with strong sales and customer service experience. You will lead floor operations, drive sales, resolve service issues on the shop floor, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
• Implement promotional campaigns effectively.

• Address conduct and performance issues in line with company policy.
