Job summary

Internet Express is seeking a Debriefer to manage our end-of-day returns process. You will be the primary contact for delivery drivers when they return to the warehouse. This operational role focuses on interviewing drivers, auditing returned parcels, and ensuring data accuracy in our systems.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be strong in problem-solving. Candidates with courier operations or warehouse admin experience, plus a clear criminal record and valid driver's license,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to gather information from drivers.
• Strong attention to detail for tracking numbers and system logs.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and logistics software.
• Ability to investigate why a delivery failed and reconcile data.
• Able to work afternoon/evening/night shifts.
• Experience in courier operations, returns processing, or warehouse admin.
• Clear criminal record and valid driver's license.
