Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or similar role with e-commerce and social media data focus.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and social media analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modelling, and A/B testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from e-commerce platforms and social media channels to assess performance against key metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track website traffic, conversions, CAC, social media engagement, and ROI.
• Identify trends and insights to inform marketing, sales, and product decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental analyses to optimize website performance and campaigns.
• Provide regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current with analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices in e-commerce and social media analytics.
