Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar role is required.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in or be able to commute reliably to Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries in and around Pretoria.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve logistical issues and disruptions promptly to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery confirmations, and related documentation.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes for greater efficiency and cost savings.
