Job summary

On Line Personnel in PE/Gqeberha is looking for a Fleet Controller/Tracker to manage day-to-day fleet operations and coordinate drivers. The role requires on-call duties and long hours to ensure continuous service.

You will need proven experience in fleet scheduling, strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate confidently with drivers. Owning transport is essential due to shift work.

Salary: R10 000 to R25 000 per month commensurate with experience

• Prepared to work very long hours and be on call 24 / 7 standby
• Must have good, contactable references
• Confident, meticulous and good eye for attention to detail
• Able to communicate with Drivers in confident and calm manner
