Job summary

Route Management is seeking a motivated Fleet Controller to join our transport operations team in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. You will assist in coordinating, monitoring and administering fleet movements to ensure efficient handling of containers, products, parts and trailers while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves daily coordination of transportation activities, maintaining records, ensuring driver documentation, and generating operational reports.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience in fleet control, logistics, transport administration, or related field is advantageous.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive and customer-service driven.

Responsibilities
