Job summary

Hertz Rent A Car – Cape Town International Airport branch is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage day-to-day vehicle allocations and fleet readiness on the Wheels system. The role supports operations, ensuring timely updates and coordination with management, while maintaining branch housekeeping and professional service in a busy rental environment.

The ideal candidate has Car Rental or Customer Service experience, a Code 08 license, reliable transport, and strong admin/organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Code 08).
• Own reliable transport.
• Previous Customer Service or Car Rental Experience.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Allocate vehicles on Wheels.
• Close non-revs timeously.
• Ensure available fleet is ready to rent.
• Ensure pre allocations vehicles are correct on Wheels.
• Send updates timeously.

Key focus of the role is to manage the day-to-day fleet and updates on the car rental system for operations on a daily basis at our Hertz Rent A Car - Cape Town International Airport branch in Western Cape.

Profile

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent

Wheels knowledge advantageous

Own reliable transport

Previous Customer Service or Car Rental Experience

Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
