Concentrix is seeking a Financial Services Advisor in Cape Town to support a UK campaign. You will handle customer inquiries, assess debts, and guide clients toward sustainable debt solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, data protection, and resolving cases via telephony and chat channels. The position offers a base monthly salary of R8500, on-site office, and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics or Accounting as a subject.
• Minimum 12 months’ Customer Service experience within a UK campaign (Essential) OR 12+ months international customer service experience in Financial Services.
• Customer Service Experience (Advantageous).
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Ability to work on multiple systems.
• Able to prioritise and organise workload.

Responsibilities

• Champions a strong risk culture in line with I AM Risk principles.
• Identifies, assesses, and reports risks and mitigates them.
• Ensures full compliance with Financial Crime regulations and related controls.
• Follows Treating Customers Fairly guidelines and protects customer data.
• Accurately records all call content and actions on relevant systems.
• Completes 100% of mandatory training and escalates complex issues.
