Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• 6+ months Collections + 6+ months Financial Services experience OR 12+ months Financial Services (Banking/Insurance).
• Outbound dialer/omni-channel experience is desirable.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• PC literate with good keyboard skills.
