Job summary

Concentrix in Cape Town is seeking a results-driven Team Leader for a financial services account in a highly regulated environment. You will coach and develop a team of advisors to meet quality, compliance, productivity, and customer experience targets while aligning with client requirements and internal policies.

You will drive performance, lead regular coaching sessions and reviews, and foster a high-performing, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or in people management.
• Background in financial services, customer operations, or shared services environments.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage performance using data and operational insight.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and risk control principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to achieve KPIs, SLAs, quality, and compliance targets
• Monitor performance and deliver structured coaching, feedback, and support
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, client requirements, and regulatory controls
• Support quality improvement, risk management, and issue resolution
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Escalate operational risks, incidents, or control concerns as required
