Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning programmes for staff across the country in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role requires delivering both classroom and virtual training, creating up-to-date manuals and online resources, and measuring training outcomes to drive performance improvements. Will travel nationally (up to 70%) and collaborate with management to align learning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate (Matric) required.
• ETDP Certificate or Diploma is essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Trainer in financial services or related fields.
• Experience developing and delivering e-learning content.
• Experience with LMS and virtual training platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes for new and existing employees.
• Facilitate both face-to-face and virtual training using a variety of learning platforms.
• Create and update training manuals, learning materials and online resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programmes based on feedback and business needs.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
• Partner with management to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.
• Coordinate national travel and training schedules while managing training resources effectively.
