Teleperformance is seeking a Global Training Director to define and lead the global L&D strategy for BFSI processes across geographies. The role focuses on standardization, scalability, and innovation in training design, delivery, and governance.

The position requires strong BFSI domain expertise, leadership development experience, and mastery of digital learning technologies to enable operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
• 10+ years in Learning & Development with at least 5 years in global leadership.
• Proven BFSI processes experience within a BPO environment.
• Strong background in curriculum design and digital learning technologies.
• Experience managing large-scale training programs and global teams.
• Expertise in BFSI regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Set the global L&D strategy and framework across regions.
• Align programs with business priorities and client requirements.
• Develop curriculum for technical BFSI content and soft skills.
• Oversee vendor management and global partnerships for content.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and labor laws.
• Build L&D Centre of Excellence and leverage digital platforms.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve ROI and speed-to-competency.
• Lead cross-cultural teams and mentor internal staff.
