Job summary

Red Deer Global Inc. is seeking a Training Manager/Learning & Development Manager for a travel agency. The role focuses on scheduling and conducting training for new and experienced travel agents, aiming to maintain high productivity and service quality.

You will lead the training team, drive performance through data-driven targets, and implement processes to improve service delivery in a fast-paced environment in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fast-paced customer support
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Business Administration or quantitative subject preferred
• Experience with targets and tight deadlines
• Data extraction/analytics ability
• Familiarity with LMS systems
