Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in financial systems or related IT projects.
• Proven experience in the financial services industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of PMI/Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of financial system implementation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Compliance and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
• Lead status meetings and provide reports to senior management.
• Oversee UAT, system deployment and user training.
• Enforce governance and change control processes.
