Qualifications

• Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like MS Project and Jira.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CFA, or CPA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of financial systems integration projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with finance and IT stakeholders.
• Manage all phases: requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Manage cross-functional project teams including business analysts, developers, and SMEs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
