Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Business Systems Integration in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. You will guide projects that merge ERP, CRM, SCM and financial systems, ensuring data consistency and operational synergy across units.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PM experience in IT systems integration or ERP projects, strong stakeholder skills, and practical knowledge of SAP/Oracle; on-site collaboration in the Nelspruit region is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience with IT systems integration or ERP projects.
• Experience managing complex integration across multiple systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, API integrations, data warehousing, and DB tech.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proficient with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Jira or MS Project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in agriculture/processing industries is a plus.
• Ability to work with on-site teams in the Nelspruit region.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of business systems integration projects.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers and analysts.
• Coordinate ERP, CRM, SCM, and financial software integrations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency during integration.
