Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Associate Manager, Finance Systems & Data Governance in Cape Town. You will lead the Finance Data Operations team, ensuring data integrity across Salesforce, CLM, NetSuite, and in-house platforms, while driving automation and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Billings, Revenue, and Accounting.

The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader capable of managing a high-performing team, validating data, and supporting downstream financial reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a finance systems and data governance role or similar.
• Experience in a global or multinational B2B environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Data Operations team to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee data interfaces and data flows between CRM, CLM, billing engines, ERP systems, and in-house platforms.
• Implement validation protocols for critical sales, billing, and pricing data before billing cycles.
