Job summary

DMA Group S.r.l. in Midrand, Gauteng, seeks a Data Product Manager (Finance) to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions across the Finance function. The role focuses on building scalable dashboards, automation, and insight products that improve efficiency and standardisation.

You will partner with FP&A, R2R, and Management Reporting teams, own end-to-end data products, and drive governance, training, and change enablement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience in Finance reporting, analytics, or data product delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data products.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with FP&A, R2R, and management reporting.
• Experience with data governance and change enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end finance data products from concept to implementation.

We’re looking for a Data Product Manager (Finance) to lead the delivery of reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making across the Finance function.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, driving the development of scalable dashboards, automation, and insight products that improve efficiency, standardisation, and user experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Own and deliver end-to-end finance data products, from concept to implementation


• Partner with stakeholders across FP&A, Record-to-Report, and Management Reporting


• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions


• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs, insights, and data models


• Lead project delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates


• Drive process improvement and automation using tools like Power Platform


• Ensure strong data governance, quality, and compliance standards


• Support adoption, training, and change enablement across Finance teams

What you’ll bring
