impact.com is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Operations and Data to lead end-to-end transactional finance operations, including Billings, Collections, AP, and Finance Data Operations. Drive process optimization, automation, and SOX-compliant controls while mentoring teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role focuses on enhancing data accuracy, governance, and working capital management within a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading financial operations (AP/AR/billings) and data functions.
• CA(SA) designation or equivalent certification.
• Experience implementing large-scale finance technology solutions or ERP transformations.
• Experience using Lean or Six Sigma to drive improvements in operational finance.
• Background in a complex multi-national corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Billings, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Finance Data Operations.
• Provide guidance on escalations and implement uniform financial procedures.
• Drive finance operations automation with AI tools and data warehouses.
• Monitor working capital metrics (DSO, DPO) and data governance across systems.
• Mentor functional managers and scale teams across disciplines.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and IT for data integrity and integration.
