impact.com is seeking an Associate Manager, Finance Systems & Data Governance to lead a team responsible for data integrity across financial systems. You will ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce, CLM, NetSuite, and internal platforms, driving automation and robust validation processes.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Finance Operations and Data and requires a detail-oriented leader who can collaborate across Sales Ops, Billing, Revenue, and Accounting to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance data operations, data governance or system reconciliation
• Experience in a global B2B environment is preferred
• Strong leadership with 4+ direct reports and cross-functional collaboration
• Detail-oriented with automation mindset and SOP documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Data Operations team
• Oversee data interfaces between Salesforce, CLM, NetSuite and in-house data platforms
• Implement validation protocols for sales, billing, and pricing data
• Ensure data alignment drives accurate billing and financial reporting
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Billing, Revenue, and Accounting to troubleshoot issues
• Support reporting and validation for variable compensation
• Identify opportunities to automate data validation and reconciliation
• Lead internal/external data audits and maintain records
• Active hands-on involvement in daily data processes
