Job summary

Super Group in South Africa (Cape Town) seeks a Finance Systems Administrator to maintain and enhance financial software, including MS Dynamics NAV, FloQast, TM1 Cognos and Workiva. You will partner with global Finance teams, support month-end close, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

You will ensure financial controls are enforced, document processes, and train users on new tools while collaborating with internal development teams and software partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and supporting financial software applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system changes and improvements.
• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate between IT and Finance departments and third parties to complete daily and project work.
• Maintain daily financial systems and implement system changes.
• Manage GL structures, reporting data refresh, and month-end procedures.
• Align trial balance, dimensions and posting groups across the group.
• Assist Reporting Team with monthly reports and close processes.
• Provide training to finance application users on new tools and changes.
