impact.com is seeking an Associate Manager, Finance Data Operations to lead a data-focused team that ensures the integrity and flow of critical financial data across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, CLM, and in-house platforms. You will establish robust validation procedures and ensure upstream inputs translate into accurate downstream billing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance data operations or a related quantitative operational field.
• Experience with multi-system data reconciliation and data governance.
• Experience in a multinational B2B environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Data Operations team daily and develop staff.
• Oversee data interfaces and flows between Salesforce, CLM, NetSuite, and in-house platforms.
• Implement validation procedures to ensure data accuracy before billing cycles.
• Manage contract administration, revenue integrity, and alignment with financial schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Billings, Revenue, and Accounting to resolve integration issues.
• Support audits and data preservation; document SOPs and automate where possible.
• Hands-on leader, actively participating in daily data accuracy tasks.
