International Hotel School in Ballito is expanding and seeks a Finance Administrator to ensure smooth financial operations. You will handle creditors and debtors processes, reconcile statements, and support the new campus launch planned for 2028.

The ideal candidate has a finance qualification, experience with SAGE Intacct, and strong MS Excel skills, with at least two years in a finance team. Join a growing campus environment that values accuracy and independence.

Qualifications

• A finance qualification.
• Experience using SAGE Intacct, or related accounting systems.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a finance department essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Receipt of Campus Card Transaction slips, capturing details and monthly recon of Campus card expenditures.
• Load Campus Invoices on Intacct for approval and track statuses to align with campus budgets.
• Process and capture Supplier credit notes and conduct monthly supplier reconciliations.
• Provide monthly remittances to suppliers and ensure all accounts balance.
