Job summary

International Hotel School in Ballito is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and in line with campus standards and compliance.

You will manage creditors and debtors, load invoices on Sage Intacct, process payments and reconciliations, and provide regular reporting to maintain campus budgets. Join a growing team at a new campus opening in 2028.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAGEIntacct, or related accounting systems.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a finance department essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Creditors: Receipt of campus card transaction slips and monthly reconciliations.
• Creditors: Receipt of campus invoices, load on Intacct for approval, track approval statuses and align with budgets.
• Creditors: Processing and capturing supplier credit notes and monthly supplier reconciliations.
• Creditors: Providing monthly remittances to suppliers and ensuring all accounts balance.
• Debtors: Participate in student registrations, ensure payment plans are completed and signed, verify credit checks.
• Debtors: Ensure revenue information is correct before bi-annual billing.
• Debtors: Upload student payment arrangements and track payments; forecast weekly receipts.
