Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Document all service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and resolutions, in the company's service management system.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines during all on-site operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably with industrial machinery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, with diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to client locations within the designated region.
• Technical qualification or certification in a relevant engineering or mechanical field is advantageous.
