The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechatronics, 5+ years of field service experience, and proficiency with PLC/HMI systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, CS, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in field service with industrial automation systems.
- Proficient PLC programming and troubleshooting across major brands.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure automation systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair automation equipment to minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site technical support and customer guidance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and optimization of systems.
- Develop and deliver technical training to customer personnel.
- Write PLC programs, HMI screens, and robot applications as needed.
- Generate detailed service reports and recommendations.
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.
