Placements24 seeks an energetic Field Sales Representative to cover the Soweto region and surrounding Gauteng areas. Promote a new range of consumer electronics in retail partner channels, deliver product training, and merchandise displays to maximize customer engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate thrives in a field-based role, builds strong relationships with store staff and managers, and travels frequently within the territory.

Qualifications

• Field sales or retail/account management experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for consumer technology.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Soweto and Gauteng.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase product distribution and sales volume within assigned retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and sales associates.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal product placement, and replenish stock as needed.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to retail staff and customers.
• Provide product knowledge training and ongoing support to retail teams to enhance their selling capabilities.
• Implement and maintain in-store displays and promotional materials according to brand guidelines.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for the territory.
• Generate regular sales reports and feedback from the field.
