Placements24 is seeking aDriven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. You will engage customers in the field, present our range of products, build relationships, generate leads, and close sales across your territory.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of working independently and meeting sales targets. A valid driver’s license and local transport are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet sales quotas.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Familiarity with the Soweto market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through direct customer engagement in the field.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in Gauteng.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage assigned sales territory, planning routes and appointments.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide post-sale support.
