Job summary

PRÆSIDIAD is seeking a Sales Representative in South Africa to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our security solutions across an assigned territory. You will acquire new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience, a strong track record of meeting targets, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is mandatory.
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business advantageous.
• 3–5 years sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Sage, Syspro) advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets (volume, value, margin) in line with budgets.
• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations in line with pricing frameworks.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Monitor approvals, orders, deliveries, and payments; escalate as needed.
