Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dynamic Sales professional in South Africa to expand the client base and grow revenue by offering end-to-end security solutions. You will Prospects, present proposals, conduct site surveys, and deliver tailored risk mitigation offerings while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires senior sales experience in the security industry, PSIRA Grade B, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Post Matric qualification or equivalent.
Senior Sales experience in security industry essential.
MS Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

Accountability for client growth and proactively increasing turnover through own existing client base as well as new clients.
Secure profitable new business and meet revenue targets as per business requirement.
Prepare and present complex proposals and ensure timely quotations.
Conduct site surveys and design the complete security solution offering.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and provide regular management reporting.
Travel as required to various areas of responsibility.
